Individual Therapy

In my work with individuals, I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions while receiving guidance and practical tools as needed. I support individuals managing stress, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health challenges, difficult life transitions, and university or college students. Together, we work to gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and foster meaningful growth, helping you navigate life with greater resilience and well-being.

I am committed to offering accessible and affordable therapy, including reduced-fee options for students when available. Many student insurance plans may provide coverage for psychotherapy services. Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, with limited in-person availability in Cambridge, ON, to support flexible and accessible care. Youth
Therapy (10+)

In my work with children and adolescents ages 10 and older, I provide a safe, supportive, and empathetic space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. The pre-teen and teen years often come with unique stressors, including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, identity development, peer pressure, family dynamics, and major life transitions. Using age-appropriate, evidence-informed therapy approaches, I help youth build healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, and self-confidence. Therapy can support children and adolescents in better understanding themselves, managing stress and anxiety, improving relationships, and developing the resilience they need to thrive both now and as they grow.

Sliding Scale
(limited availability)

Sliding scale therapy is an affordable therapy option designed to make mental health care more accessible. I offer a limited number of individual therapy spots at a reduced, lower rate to help lessen the financial burden of therapy. This option is intended to support individuals and students who may not have full insurance coverage or who are paying out of pocket. By offering a lower-cost therapy option, my goal is to reduce financial barriers and increase access to high-quality, compassionate counselling and psychotherapy services.

Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and early parenthood are times of great joy, and can also bring unexpected challenges. If you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, postpartum depression, or mood changes during pregnancy or after birth, you’re not alone. I offer gentle, supportive perinatal therapy and postpartum counselling either in-person or virtually, tailored to the unique emotional needs of new and expecting parents. My goal is to help you navigate pregnancy, the postpartum period, and early parenthood with balance, healing, and confidence, providing practical coping strategies and emotional support along the way.

Relational Conflict

Conflicts in relationships can lead to tension, misunderstandings, and emotional distance between partners. Whether you’re experiencing frequent arguments, communication challenges, or navigating changes in roles, you don’t have to face these difficulties alone. I offer virtual therapy or in-person therapy in a safe, supportive environment, helping clients rebuild trust, improve connection, and develop practical strategies for healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Therapy can support stronger communication, emotional intimacy, and lasting relationship growth.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can impact many areas of your life, affecting your thoughts, feelings, energy, and motivation. If you’re experiencing persistent worry, chronic stress, or overwhelming sadness, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. I provide compassionate, personalized in-person or virtual therapy for anxiety and depression, helping clients develop coping strategies, emotional resilience, and practical tools to restore calm, hope, and balance. My approach is tailored to your unique experience, supporting your mental health and well-being every step of the way.

Emotional Regulation

Strong or overwhelming emotions can make it difficult to stay grounded, manage stress, or respond calmly in daily life. If you experience mood swings, intense feelings, or challenges with emotional regulation, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer therapy for emotional regulation, helping clients develop personalized strategies to manage emotions, build resilience, reduce stress, and cultivate inner calm and balance. Through compassionate, tailored support, therapy can empower you to respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence and emotional well-being.
