In my work with individuals, I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, while offering guidance and tools as needed. Using this approach, I support individuals who are managing stress, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health challenges, and difficult life transitions. Together, we work to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster growth, helping you navigate these challenges with greater resilience and well-being.
Youth
Therapy (10+)
In my work with youth ages 10 and older, I create a supportive and empathetic environment where young individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. This stage of life often presents unique struggles, such as identity development, peer pressure, family dynamics, and emotional regulation. Using age-appropriate techniques and approaches I strive to help navigate difficult emotions and life transitions, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-confidence. Sliding scale therapy is a flexible payment model to make therapy more affordable and accessible. Instead of charging a fixed rate, I offer limited individual therapy spots where I reduce my fees based on a client's individual situation. This approach helps reduce the financial barriers to mental health care, allowing individuals from diverse economic backgrounds to receive the support they need
